“Khuvsgul Altanduulga JSC” was established in 1943 as Tarialan Farm and has grown into a large grain enterprise and has played an important role in meeting the food needs of the region.

Our company is engaged in grain production on an area of ​​7,150 hectares, operates a mechanized threshing and complete repair shop with 6,500 tons of grain cleaned and stored, processes 3,000 hectares of fallow land per year, and cultivates 3,000-4,000 hectares of grain. In order to increase production capacity, the transition from traditional technology to zero filtration was reformed. We are supporting and cooperating with local grain producers.

Healthy and organic food is the key to a person's survival and the basis of a country's existence. It is one of the richest countries in the world in terms of domestic food needs.

Climate change is affecting agriculture and traditional animal husbandry in the region, but there is a need to seek innovation, share experiences with research institutions and foreign and domestic partners, reduce risks, and engage in sustainable production.

It is important to develop production and services in the region and create a stable work and living environment in order to create stable living conditions in rural areas, stop large-scale migration to urban areas and decentralize. Tarialan soum of Khuvsgul aimag has the largest population in the country and is an ideal place for intensive farming in the region.

Our Family

Our company employs in total about 70 professionals and specialists who have at least 10 years of working experience. In 2017 we have extended the human resource by recruiting Sales and Marketing departments. Moreover, we are aiming to establish an Internal Quality Control Department as well as more recruitments in the Milling plant.

Since 2018, the Company has updated its policy towards employees’ social security, wages, and incentive systems, as well as created a “Social Welfare Fund” to staff social issues and train employees. The purpose of the fund, which consists of a certain percentage of the company’s net profit, is to increase employees’ social wellbeing and education, and the expenditure of this fund is regulated on the basis of by-laws approved by our employees.

We successfully raised MNT 3.74 billion through issuing 4.4 million shares /28 percent of the total shares/ to public and strategic investors

Obtained the capacity to produce assorted kinds of quality grain products in large quantities.

Put into operation a fully mechanized plant with 4000 tons of grain storage along with flour milling plant with a capacity of 100 tons per day. With the establishment of the plant, we were able to guarantee our customers different kinds of high-quality wheat products at a low cost.

Technological renovation in the agricultural industry

The purchase of the John Deere 8430 tractor, in addition to soil cultivation equipment, has begun updating agricultural machinery. We have provided the leading global manufacturers such as John Deere, New Holland, Flexi Coli and Bourgault to our agricultural park.

26 ton/day flour milling plant operates

Put into operation fully equipped flour milling plant with a capacity of 26 ton a day. This raised the quality and quantity of production and put us in a considerable place in the local market.

Beginning of revival of agricultural industry in Khuvsgul province

Tes Trade LLC bought out 70.7% of the shares of the state joint-stock company KhuvsgulAltanduulga at a public auction. This was the starting point for restoring a debt-burdened farm with a halt production and a revival of the agricultural industry in Khuvsgul province.

Restructuring into KhuvsgulAltanduulga State JCS

4 out of 6 companies established on the foundation of Tarialan Farm: Odos, Husht, Bayanhoshuu and AltanEmeelt joined to Altanduulga and were restructured into Khuvsgul Altanduulga State Joint Stock Company.

Our company considers it as our civic duty paying all taxes, dues and assessments on time which in turn contributes considerably to our region’s development.

We also extensively participate in programs that entail public’s fitness, enjoyable pastime and youth’s physical wellness. In order to spread and promote our invaluable traditional culture we partnered up with wrestling ring “Khuvsgul’s Champ” and every uneven numbered month organize and sponsor a youth wrestling competition.

Khuvsgul Altanduulga considers that the timely provision of taxes and fees is a dignity way to fulfill its obligations to the motherland and we believe 300 million tugriks which we pay for tax, fee and insurance fee each year, makes a significant contribution to the development of the region.

Our company pays tremendous importance to supply healthy animal products produced locally and have been implementing “Five Treasures” project. In addition, we work closely with both government and nongovernment organizations to raise funds to help out the elderly and youth in need.
